Chilly Garlic Kaaram is so versatile that it can be consumed as it is with idlies , dosas or even use it in cooking to create any dish that you like it with.
This came to being after so many requests to create this one. Finally we are able to get it made in the best possible way.
It will be a slightly wet consistency since it is hand-pounded with fresh garlic.
This DOES NOT NEED REFRIGERATION ! just store it in an air tight container in a relatively cool and dry place. We always recommend an occasional stir , since homemade items always need care.
Half kg packs will be in sachets .
INGREDIENTS : dry red chillies, garlic, salt, gingely oil.
