1. For Morning Porridge (Kanji):
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Upala’s Health Mix

1 cup water or milk

Jaggery or palm sugar to taste

Method:

Mix powder with little water to make a lump-free paste.

Boil with water/milk for 5–7 minutes on low flame.

Add sweetener of choice. Serve warm.

2. For Health Mix Idli/Dosa Batter:
Ingredients:

Method:

Mix into regular dosa or idli batter.
Add a few spoons of Upala’s Health Mix as per your liking to the desired Dosa batter (start small)

Rest for 30 mins and cook as usual.
Adds protein, fiber & earthy flavor!

3. For Energy Balls (Laddoos):
Ingredients:

1 cup Upala’s Health Mix

½ cup jaggery syrup or dates paste

1 tbsp ghee

Method:

Roast powder slightly in ghee.

Mix with jaggery syrup.

Shape into balls. Store in airtight jar.
