 INGREDIENTS

Horsgram ,Oil,Onions, Cumin,Red Chilli,Green Chilli ,Mustard,Asafoetida,Salt,

 


Contains garlic .

It's slow cooked for hours with fire wood, to get the lovely smokey flavour and to make it last long . 


Can be stored for 15 days in the refrigerator and used  once opened . 
People abroad usually store in the freezer and use it for more than 6 months .

If you are bored of the usual pickles, it's time to try out the delicacies from Upala's kitchen. My personal favorite is Ginger Jaggery Bomb which is a tangy missile with any food or alcohol. I must say, for someone who's not a big fan of pickles and pachadis you guys blew my mind. This is my second order from you guys and your pickles, pachadis and podis are absolutely amazing. Today i had the mango Ginger Pachadi, Minty Pudina Pachadi and fried Garlic pickle with some crispy dosa. It was absolutely delicious. I had ordered the finger jaggery bomb the last time with a few podis. They were really good too. Thankyou guys. Can't wait for my next order.
