A red chilly and garlic based chutney
Needs immediate refrigeration to last upto one month. Usually was available only in Chennai . Now, trying to ship it out too(adding ghee ) in priority shipping only so it will reach you in 1-2 days and will last you for a few weeks . must be refrigerated immediately .
Goes very well with dosas . Some experiment it with even bread or bun or Pav .Goes very well as dip for Vadas, Momos,Burgers and some as sandwich Spread too for those Garlic Lovers
Some seem to like it to fry non veg with it too as a marinate
Contains loads of GARLIC
Since ghee will be added for the travel , there could be solidified ghee particles visible.
