Description
xNalla means Black in telugu, which is named after roasting the whole black urad dhal. Nalla kaaram podi is a healthier version of the regular idly podi . Idly podi is made with urad dhal and masala ! Nalla kaaram podi is made with whole urad dhal with its black husk . So the health benefit of its skin is not lost and gives it that extra flavour .
Contains garlic.
Great with hot idlies or dosas !
Use along with gingely oil or ghee to get that all authentic taste.
Refrigerate to make it last as crunchy and fresh even for 2-3 months.
