RAW GARLIC AVAKAI (pungent version ) 

Made for garlic lovers . It takes many long weeks of prep and marination to make it the way we like 

Some prefer it fresh and pungent, some like it well marinated . 

Longer it stays , the more marinated it gets . I personally like the marinated version . You got to wait a few more weeks before it turns well marinated . 

Best with Curd rice or even with hot rice n ghee , goes well with rotis and yoghurt

100g and 1/4 kg come in plastic jars (for local use and travel/couriers ).

1/2 kg comes in jars for chennai local use .

1/2 kg comes in two jars of 250 gms for any travel in flights / couriers . (To avoid leaks )

Contains GARLIC ofcourse !!!
